Every business owner has a story to tell. How you got started. The product lines you carry. A funny story about a customer. The story you have isn’t as important as the act of telling it.

As you meet friends, family, fellow business associates – it’s important to know YOUR story and be prepared to tell it. Perhaps you need a 30-second elevator pitch – “Hello, my name is Bob and I own Bob’s Furniture store – where we help our customer find the perfect home accessories… “. Perhaps you are a fountain of knowledge just waiting to be tapped.

Whatever the situation, just open your mouth and let them know. They can’t read your mind… and YOU might just need the business.

Web sites, “pay-per-click”, search engine optimization (SEO)… all “buzzwords” that lead us to the same conclusion: all businesses today MUST have a web presence to be taken seriously.

We can help you pick the “right way” to engineer your web site so that Mr. Google will look upon you with approval. This will result in more clicks and visitors to your web site. And… if your message is right… it also means more orders on your website or more visitors to your store.

Direct mail is STILL one of the best ways to target prospects, “touch” your customers and build brand awareness. The key is having a good… no – GREAT mailing list. It also helps to have a very targeted, well-worded message that resonates in the mind of the person receiving the mail piece.

At Udder Marketing, we work extremely hard to “get into the head” of our customer or prospect so we can carefully craft the right message – the message that will make them stop what their doing and respond to your offer.
