Networking… Open your mouth and tell your story!

Every business owner has a story to tell. How you got started. The product lines you carry. A funny story about a customer. The story you have isn’t as important as the act of telling it.

As you meet friends, family, fellow business associates – it’s important to know YOUR story and be prepared to tell it. Perhaps you need a 30-second elevator pitch – “Hello, my name is Bob and I own Bob’s Furniture store – where we help our customer find the perfect home accessories… “. Perhaps you are a fountain of knowledge just waiting to be tapped.

Whatever the situation, just open your mouth and let them know. They can’t read your mind… and YOU might just need the business.
